He got a new baby!

Hi everyone! I've been busy these past few days that I didn't have time to blog.

I've been happy for Melvin these past weeks because finally, he'd been able to put his dream business into a reality!

This is the reason why we've been busy these days. He had to buy the gym equipments, supplements and other stuffs so that he can start his gym business right now. And this means I need to do all of our household chores and responsibilities to our babies. I also need to assist him from time to time in buying some stuffs for his business. 


 It's a good thing that his parents were there to support and assist him all the way, especially his daddy Marvin. His dad was the one who toke in charge in processing the business papers and he's also the one who look for the carpenters to renovate the rented space.

 The Hard Gainer Gym was financed by Melvin's brother, Kuya Marlou, who is working in Japan and wanted to help us to have an extra income. Kuya Marlou was very happy when he saw these pictures in FB, he really wanted to help us in a way that we have to work, too, for us to earn some extra money.

After listing several possible business names, only the name Hard Gainer Gym was approved by DTI, since nobody got this business name yet. But how Melvin thought of this name? Well, he is a hard gainer person. He has a fast metabolism that it is impossible for him to gain weight by just eating a lot. He has to go to fitness gym, have a plenty of sleep and drink supplements for him to gain some weight. So, it was himself was the inspiration of his business. If one's want to be fit, there's always a way.

The Hard Gainer Gym opened last May 30, 2013. It is located at 8-A Rajah Matanda St., Project 4, Quezon City, just in front of Soleste suites. Our rates are 25 pesos/ session and 350 pesos/ month.

Goldilocks' Black forest roll

We celebrated my Allodia's 5th birth month last May 25, 2013 by just strolling around in Cubao and bought a Goldilocks' Black Forest Roll!

For overall, I love its bittersweet taste! I can say that Goldilocks improved and perfected it! I like this way much more than red ribbon's Black forest cake. 

Meganne and Melvin love it too! Meganne tried the cherry first, but she can't stand the bitterness of the cherry that she'd spit it out!haha! Afterwards, she ate first all the chocolates before munching on her slice of cake. As for Melvin, he'd eaten 4 slices of it. And he said he wants more! It's just that he can't have more because we have to spare some for his parents and sister. 

And as for Allodia, well.. She can't eat anything for now.. But next month, it's her turn to eat!!yey! :) Foodie

Torn apart!

Just lately, Melvin and I are discussing an important thing for our family.. I want to have a job as soon as possible because I feel so tired as a SAHM( I've been a SAHM for 3+ years), I wanna feel fulfillment and I wanna earn my own money. 

BUT (here comes the BUT,!), for now, I can't go and find a job because nobody will take care of my 5 months old baby.. Nobody can breastfeed her as much as I can. Nobody will run the house if I go to work. My father, whose in our province, is looking for a helper ever since I gave birth to my bunso, but until now, he can't find me one!

Another factor that Melvin and I are discussing is the Kasambahay law. If we will hire a helper, it should be an all-around maid and a nanny. Because it was written in Kasambahay law that every helper should have a specific job. And the minimum wage is 2500 php, which means, we have to allot PHP 5000 plus their benefits(philhealth, sss and pagibig) just for them!

Another thing that we take for consideration is the performance of the helper. We know a lot of helpers nowadays are aggressive or abusive. There are only few who are really kind and dedicated to their work. So, what if we hire the wrong person and something bad might happen?(knock on the wood) Especially that our bunso is still a baby and can't even babble a word. What if we hire someone who is connected to a syndicate group?(knock again on the wood)...>.<

Urgghhh! With these things, I don't really think that I'm going to find a job any sooner. I rather stay here and take a good care of my baby (even if my heart cries for a new environment- a working environment!). 

Maybe its not yet time for me to have a job. Maybe its not yet the right time for me to earn some money. 

I hope that time come soon..!!!Because I really want to work in the real world!!!
