Rants overload

I know that it's Valentine's day, but here I am ranting about everything in my life.

I don't know why we are having so much trouble about our financial status that makes me so depressed and it seems like my postpartum depression is coming back.

Lately, I've been thinking about dying and I'm losing my eagerness to take care of my kids and our home.

I've been thinking too much on how to make an easy money even I'm here at our home.

I mean I really love my children but knowing that we don't have money right now (I mean it! Literally we don't have money! We even don't have enough money to pay our house rental and its already overdue!), it makes me sick and tired all day long.

Lately, I've been also thinking of going abroad. My mom is in London right now. And I ask her if she can bring me there because I really want to go abroad and earn bigger amount so I can give the best future for my kids. But then my mom told me that I should finish my studies first. She doesn't want me to go there without a college degree. And she even told me that my kids are too young to be left out. She said that I should take care of them instead.

I know that my mom got a point there, but I just felt that I need a break. I want to experience earning my own money. I want to be a working mom.

I just felt that there so much to do and I can't do it that's why I demanding for space.

I don't know myself anymore. I'm NOT growing anymore. Maybe it sounds so selfish but I want to do the things that I want to be done.

Our home is maybe not my place. You know what I mean?

I'm not growing. Everyday seems to be just another day to be lived on. I'm not existing anymore!

And what is more confusing is that my hubby doesn't understand what I'm feeling right now even if I explain what I'm feeling to him.

Actually, he doesn't support me anymore. He doesn't want me to work either locally or abroad. He just wanted me to stay here in our home, be so financially dependent into him, take care of the kids to the point that I forget myself and be just a plain ugly housewife.

Now, I'm hating my life and wish that I didn't met him at all.

I hate the fact that I cannot change our situation anymore. It's like we're being cursed by somebody to be so poor and miserable.

I'm so hating this kind of life.

All I want is financial security. I want this for me and my kids.

What is happening to It's Showtime Family??!

I don't watch TV often ever since I had Meganne because, rather than watching, I would just do my household chores whenever I have free time.
It was just when I was preggo with Allodia that I watched TV again.
And one of the shows that I used to loved watching is the It's Showtime(formerly Showtime).

I got bored with Eat Bulaga and switched to It's Showtime.
It offered a lot of fresh portions plus it has gorgeous and handsome celebrity hosts.

Until I gave birth to Allodia and lost my desire in watching TV again.
But even if I stopped watching the show, I still loved their show and their hosts, no matter what.

And now, I'm wondering why their hosts are being in a scandalous issues these past few months.

Let's reminisce one by one.

1. Vice Ganda scandal (May 17, 2013- iVice Ganda mo ko Concert)
It happened last year, when he made a joke about "the rape" thing and worst is that he mentioned Miss          Jessica Soho, who is a reputable newscaster of the rival network.
   http://www.rappler.com/entertainment/30116-vice-ganda-jessica-soho-rape-joke

2. Billy Crawford break up with Nikki Gil, Coleen as the third party? ( July 28, 2013- The Buzz)
He announced his break up with almost five year long girlfriend Nikki Gil. And just lately, he confirmed         that he's courting one of his co-host Coleen Garcia, who allegedly the third party in his relationship with         Nikki Gil.
   http://www.examiner.com/article/netizens-link-coleen-garcia-to-the-billy-crawford-nikki-gil-break-up

3. Anne Curtis Slapping Incident (Dec 2, 2013- Prive Luxury Club)
When Anne slapped John Lloyd Cruz and two other people. Well in the story, she even called JLC an          "addict" and she told Phoemela Barranda that she can buy her, her friends and that club.
http://ph.omg.yahoo.com/blogs/omgphnewsblog/anne-curtis-faces-crisis-slapping-incident-club-001648465.html

4. Vhong Navarro was beaten by group of men ( January 22, 2014- Fort Condo)
It's in the headlines today. He was badly beaten by group of men in the condominium of his friend.
http://www.mb.com.ph/vhong-navarro-hurt-from-fort-condo-assault/

When Billy announced that he's courting Coleen, I already thought about this. I even asked my Baby Daddy why the hosts of this show are going a lot of issues. And he laughingly answered me that he doesn't know cause he's a certified dabarkad. I actually thought that Vhong Navarro will have a big issue soon just like his co-hosts, but I didn't expect it to be just like that. I pity him cause he was badly beaten and might undergo a surgery soon. I wish he could recover soon cause I will definitely miss his "sexy moves" and pick up lines.

My busy week..

I've been thinking lately that 24 hours is not really enough for a stay-at-home-mom like me with a 3 years old school girl and a year old baby whose figuring how to talk and walk and learn those simple things in life.

Is it the daylight saving or just me?

Haha. Whatever. Anyway, I've been quite busy this week because of my baby ate's loads of homework. That's right! She's considered to be in nursery level and yet their teacher is pouring them( I mean us, their PARENTS!) with loads of assignments! But that's okay, since I can clearly see that my Baby ate is really learning. She now knows about Dr. Jose Rizal! I didn't teach her that because I just felt that she's too young for that information, but then again, their school is just really preparing them for big schools and I'm happy with that.

Yesterday, Allodia and I went to the nearby health center because it's her MMR vaccine day! So I got up early and went to the center. Before the vaccine her weight and height were taken and I found out that she a bit underweight! So I need to feed her from time to time so she can gain some weight before she turns 1 year and a month old. I've been also busy teaching her how to walk and talk. During my spare time, I would be with her and teach her how to say "mommy". She can mumble "daddy" and "ate" but not "mommy" or "mama". She also knows what the dog says and I'm proud to say I didn't teach her that. She was able to learn that  sound by listening to our neighbor's dog's bark. And I'm pretty sure that sooner she'll be able to learn to call me,"mommy". She can also walk 2-3 steps already without support. And I realized I'm much happier to witness that moment that moment than anything else. I felt overwhelming when I saw her walk on her own. I just can't explain that lovely feeling! And I thank God for letting me experience such wonderful feeling with my family.

Another factor that made me busy is that my sister had opened a problem with me. She told me that my nephew, Ollio, is showing some signs of Red flags. Red flags are the reference to see if you're kid is manifesting Autism Spectrum Disorder. You may refer to this site for more information about this disorder.
It was a heartbreaking news. We're not sure yet but then being aware that something's wrong makes us feel unhappy. So right now, I'm helping my sister to research more about this case. We're also praying for a milder case cause we know that my nephew is really delayed in some skills. My sister's also preparing their finances for his medical expenses. My nephew is scheduled for an assessment with Dr. Maria Cristina Caguioa in Las Pinas Doctors Hospital on January 27. I really hope that Ollio will be better soon. It will be his 2nd birthday tomorrow. And I wish him a better health for his birthday.

My Baby Ate's First day of school!

Yes! She's going to school at last!

Our new home is just in front of our Barangay Hall and YAKAP Daycare.

At first, I thought the local Daycare Center here in Quezon City won't accept late enrollees because we move in here last September and that makes it almost half of the school year already that's why I didn't bother to go there and ask if my Baby ate can join the class.

But then, last month, our neighbor, who has a child which already 4 years old, told me that the Daycare Center here in our Barangay still accepts kids from 3- 5 years old. She enrolled her kid just last month and actually she's telling me to enroll my baby ate as well, so that her son and my baby ate will classmates.

I wasn't able to enroll my baby ate last month because I was busy in preparing my baby bunso's 1st birthday party ( I will make another post for this). But I promised her that I will enroll my baby ate this January.

ENROLLMENT
So last Wednesday, I went in our Daycare and talk to their teacher if my baby ate can join the class and she said yes, I just need to submit a photocopy of her birth certificate. So she instructed me that Meganne's gonna start yesterday and they have a feeding program so there's no need for me to buy her baon but we have a weekly contribution of 10php plus I have to help the other parents in cleaning the room once a week. She assigned me in the Wednesday group, so I'm committed that every Wednesday I have to go there and help in cleaning the room. The teacher said also that since my baby ate is still 3 years old, she belongs to the toddler class which is the AM class. Their class begins at 9 AM up to 11 AM. While kids who are 4 and 5 years old belongs to the PM class which is 1pm to 3pm. I'm okay with 9 am-11 am class because I want my baby ate to maintain her "siesta" attitude until she gets to a whole day class.

THE FREEBIES!
Since its a public daycare, we got some freebies! Her school uniform, a bag, grade 1 pad paper, a pencil and some glaze papers. Not bad, right?

HER FIRST DAY!
So we got up a bit early last Thursday to prepare for her first day. My baby Daddy is more excited than my baby ate. He was the one who prepared our breakfast and all throughout breakfast he keeps on saying to our baby ate "bilisan mo anak!malalate ka na..!" even if its just 8am and my baby ate's school is just a minute walk away! So after breakfast he insisted that he'll be the one to take my baby ate to bath. Then I was the one who dressed her up on her first day of school.

Here's her OOTD:

TOP: My Favorite Things; Shorts: Genuine Kids by OshKosh

I'm sooooo excited!

At exactly 8:50 we went to their school already. When we arrived there, their teacher is not yet there so the classroom is still locked and so we waited at the basketball court with one of her classmates. While waiting, she kept on asking me where her teacher is and I patiently answered her that her teacher is not yet around.

When her teacher arrived I greeted her good morning while my baby ate began to behave and kept her silence. She seems to be so shy with her teacher and classmates. We entered their air conditioned room and waited for the other students. While waiting, they are allowed to play the toys inside the classroom.

Meganne: I'm a shy..

We waited for the other until 9:30am. And then their teacher decided to start the class and she just concluded that the other 8 students are absent for that day. When I asked her how many students does she handles for the morning class, she said that there are 20 students all in all including my baby ate. There was only 12 students who are present for that day.

The teacher started the class with a flag ceremony and a prayer. After that, they sang and dance those kinder song. At first my baby ate doesn't know what to do until she just copied whatever her classmates are doing.
Their Dancing in pairs.

Then after that, it was the start of the regular class. So for that day, their teacher teach them the letter "F" and the number "6". My baby ate got one star when she participated in counting the numbers from 1-6. After that they had a seat work which is to write number 6 in their grade 1 pad paper.

RECESS
After their teacher checked their work, she gave them all a star and then the Thursday group parents distributed the food so that the kids can have their merienda.

For that day, they gave the kids an egg sandwich, choco bites and a choco drink. Once the kids are done eating their food, they will go to their teacher and claim their star. Some of the kids weren't able to get a star cause they didn't finish their food.

After the "recess" part their teacher lead a closing prayer and dismiss the kids.

For overall, my kiddo really enjoyed her first day! She drag me home straight and showed her stars and seat work to his daddy. And my baby daddy is so proud of our baby ate.

The next day I didn't go with her anymore. I just toke her in her school and went home to take care of my baby Allodia. Then her baby daddy was the one who fetch her yesterday. She was so brave! Her teacher said that she didn't cry when she asked for me and her teacher responded that I went home.

I'm so proud of her, cause not all 3 years old kids would let their parents to leave them in school, right?
Well, I guess this is it! This is the start where my baby ate will learn so many things and I hope she would really excel in her studies. :)

New Year, New Giveaways!Yeys!

Hi fellas!

I've been quite busy in the web for the past days.

Well, because you know, I've been searching for a job, may it be home based or in an office based.

I prefer to have a home based job but since our computer has TOO low specs ( its a pentium 4, yup! There's still a pentium 4 in our generation and it's working really sucks! If only someone could give me a computer..hmm..) I think I prefer to be in an office based cause I don't really wanna mess up with my future boss' business.

I'm still on the search of a non voice account in the call center industry.

I actually applied last week but I failed in the interview. I don't know what exactly made me fail the interview. Maybe because I emphasized too much that I wanted to be profiled in a non voice account.
And now I'm kinda feelin' low. I mean I don't trust myself anymore that I can get another job offer ever again. I'm too afraid to try again.. And I don't know when will my self-esteem will be back to my system again.. I hope it will be back very soon cause I want to save up some money before June cause my baby ate will go to school next school year

Anyway, while waiting for my self-esteem, I've been busy joining some giveaways in other blogs.
And I want to share it with you guys, that's why I made a short list of the giveaways that I've joined.
So here it is!

So there you go. I will search for more giveaways to join in. And I wish I could win in one of these giveaways!

Welcome 2014!

After months of not posting anything here due to my computer's virus which blocking blogger in my search engines, I finally was able to open my blog again!

I was frustrated then that I can't post or write here because of that virus.

But I will just forgive that "virus" cause I don't want a bad vibes in my new year's post!

I want to welcome 2014 with a bright, shining, shimmering, splendid smile on my face. :)

I wish this year will be in my favor, especially because I'm from the year of horse and this year is the year of wooden horse!

Anyway, whatever comes in for me, I will just enjoy and make the most out of it.

But of course, I want to make my own to-do-list for this year.

So here it is!

1.  get a job
2. To send my baby ate to a school with a quality education
3. save money at least 10,000 pesos
4. travel anywhere
5. learn to live a simple life
6. teach Allodia to talk and walk
7. make a small business
8. teach Meganne the value of sharing (until now, she doesn't know yet the word "SHARE")
9. CONTINUE BLOGGING
10. to stay in love with MELVIN BRIAN MANZANO no matter what happens

That's it for my list. I know it's short, because how can I make my number 5 if I'll make it long, ayt?

How about you? Have you made your to-do-list 2014? I think its better than New Year's Resolution's list...

DEVASTATING means God is on leave

I've been meaning to post something here since last week but then, every time I turn on our computer, I can't help myself but try to check out what is the latest updates in Visayas.

Just by seeing their pictures and videos can make your eyes cry and then, it breaks your heart. :(

It was really a devastating thing.

Thousands of people died and hundred thousands of families are already homeless. It just like what you can see in suspense movies. And only in my very worst nightmare I can imagine that it actually happened.

But at the end of the day, there are still SURVIVORS.

Survivors that still fighting for their lives.

5 days without food, water and shelter??!!?

Dead bodies scattered everywhere. Everything was wiped out. Money is useless.

And only the FITTEST will survive.

OMG. I think God took a vacation without a prior notice.

I wish God would bless them as soon as He comes back and heal their broken heart and spirit.

Anyhow. Let's just help each other for the mean time.

But before donating any amount of money or goods, please check first the credibility of the organization if its for real or just a SCAM.

Just check if they are registered in DSWD's site or in CNN's official website.

the reason of my sleepless nights

I'm feeling so down right now...
Parang di ko na kaya pa to..
Bakit ganoon?

And it tears my heart to see her crying. Sabi ko nga sa sarili ko si Meganne pa lang ang nagpapabili, what if next year maging ganoon na rin si Allodia, yung parang si Meganne, eh di doble yung sakit na mararamdaman ko??

For the past 4 years, natiis ko na di makahawak ng pera. Pero last year, natanggap na ako sa work noon. Nagkaproblem lang ako sa medical, so kailangan ng fit to work clearance and then isasali na nila ako sa training. I was super ready to work and all, but then I found out that I was a month pregnant. So hindi ako nakakuha ng fit to work clearance. Hindi ako natuloy sa work.

During that time, I felt so frustrated (pero mas frustrated ako ngayon). Kasi okay na eh. Nakapasa na ako sa interviews and examination. Nabigyan na nga ako ng contract. Tapos the day before the training biglang ganoon, biglang hindi ako matutuloy sa training because I need to secure them a med cert. So sabi ko pa noon, okay lang. Kukuha lang ako ng med cert. And all of a sudden nalaman ko na lang na buntis ako and my OB can't give me a fit to work clearance kasi maselan ako magbuntis. Haays... Buhay.

Pero nagmove on ako noon.

20. And wala pa din akong work.

Siguro nga He's preparing something big for me.

Pati na baby Daddy ko.

Sorry sa kapalpakan ko. :((

Happy Monday!

Hi guys!

How's your first day of the week??

Well, I feel so happy!

Finally! I'm done solving one of our problems.

Haaay!What a relieved.

Anyway, this is just a quickie post cause we're here in my in-laws house.

We'll be moving this week that's why I'll gonna be a bit busy.

As in moving in a new house.
Melvin and his family decided to rent a place where we can put our business, the gym, and where we can live there at the same time.

I'll be making another post for our new home so stay tuned.

Good night!

September is our love month.

It was September when we first met each other.
And eventually, it was September when we fell in love with each other.

This coming September 19, 2013, it will be our 5th year anniversary.

I'll try to blog about our love story. All the ups and downs.
It was never easy to be in love at the young age.
Actually, it was more on tough times than the smooth.
But I'm glad that we're still together after everything we've been through.
Most of the time, I wanna stop fightin' for this love.
I wanna give him up because sometimes I think that will make him happy.
But, he's the one who won't give up on us.
And that is what I'm truly thankful for.
He won't give up on me and our kids.

That's why even though I still regret on what happened to us, on the brighter side, I'm happy to be with him and the kids.

And if ever I have the power to bring back the time, I will still choose to be with them, only in a different situation. To be in love at 18 and be a mom at 19. If ever I can redo it, I would finish my studies and find a job the moment that I knew I was pregnant when I was 18.

Anyway, this is for you Baby Daddy.

Thank you baby Daddy for being strong and believing that we'll make it through.
Until now, I know that we still have problems. But, thank you for making me laugh at those problems.
You and the kids are my strength and love. You're reason why I'm still alive and fightin' in this crazy world.
I love you and happy month-long anniversary!

Team Kramer!

Hi everybody!I miss posting something here.
Anyway, I have a new addiction!

It's watching videos of the Kramer Family in Facebook.

They're fan page is Team Kramer managed by Mr and Mrs. Doug Kramer.

I'm super hooked in watching their videos especially the videos of their kids, Kendra, Scarlett and Gavin.

They have such a beautiful family that you can feel the love in their home by just watching their homemade videos.

They have super cute and bibo kids. How I wish Meganne can speak well just like Kendra.

Gavin, their bunso, is just 5 days older than my Allodia that's why I can relate to their family in one way or another.

I also love the video that Kendra and Scarlett were playing and laughing like no tomorrow. When I first saw that video,I told myself that next year, Meganne and Allodia will be like that, always playing and hugging and running like there's no tomorrow.

I just really hope that they will put it in a website just like what they said in one of their status.

To Daug and Cheska, kudos to you guys. I can really see your love and care for your kids. You're a great example of a parent.

If you are being curious of what I'm talking about please just visit them in their fan page. That's it for now. Go #team Kramer!

Party Thougths

Hi everyone! Mr. Sun showed up early this morning here in Pasig.
Pero nagtago din agad. Umiyak ulit and langit. Good thing that it's not as heavy as the previous days.

Anyway, these past few days I've been thinking on what to do on my baby Allodia's 1st birthday.

TOP 3 PRIORITY THINGS IN THE PARTY
Venue. Wala pa pong venue. Ihuhuli ko na lang to. Kasi pag wala akong nakitang magandang deal for food baka I consider birthday parties in fast food na lang.

Food. Ooh-eemm-gee naman! Nakakaloka naman ang mga catering service ngayon. Pangmaharlika lang talaga. Kaya kung hindi fast food, baka magpaluto na lang ulit kami doon sa friend ni biyenan just like what we did on ate Meganne's 1st birthday. So baka maraming magpacater/magpaluto. I'm also checking some deals in Metrodeal and Ensogo. I'm also considering buffet restaurants. Depende kung may promo sila.

Cake. Ooh-eemm-gee ulit! They're so cute and fabulous pero super pricey. Anyway I'm considering doing a DIY na lang. Pati cupcakes. Baka iDIY ko na lang.

OTHER THINGS that I'm still thinking if I will avail on my lil' girl's big day:
BALLOONS
TABLES AND CHAIRS
PHOTO BOOTH/PHOTOGRAPHER
CLOWNS/MAGICIAN/FACEPAINT/INFLATABLE SLIDE or SWIMMING POOL

Hay naku! Nakakapressure talaga pag 1st bday. Anyway I'm open for suggestions ha. Suggestions and recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks in advance!:)

Our helpful ate and my 8 months old baby

How's everybody?

I hope you are all fine and safe with your family.

Well, it didn't stop raining here since Sunday. But, it didn't stop me from washing our clothes as well.

Di ba nga I told you we just came home from Ilocos? So ibig sabihin I have loads of labahan to do.

It's a good thing that my little ate helped me in hanging our clothes. She's super willing to help and I'm lovin' it. Here's a video of my ate putting a shirt in a hanger.

Note: Di ko po siya pinilit. She's willing to learn so I taught her how to do it.

Aliw lang noh? I hope after 10 years she's still willing to help me doing the household chores.

Another thing that makes me a proud mama of my little ate is that she knows how to use the mop. When she sees a puddle inside our house, she gonna grab the mop and wipe it. I even try to stop her at first but when she told me that, "Mommy, ako na. Ate na ak-ho.", I just let her do it. She's growing up so fast, indeed! Plus she's growing up so smart and responsible (despite of her being late in her language skills. I'll make another post about this). I'm so proud of you baby. You're still my baby no matter what.

Speaking of baby, my little Allodia just turned 8 months yesterday! That is so fast baby girl! It seems only yesterday when I can still feel you inside my tummy. But look at you now,

Oh, such a darling! She's so cute in that dress! Her ate used to wear that too when she's at her age.

I feel nostalgic now.

Anyway, since its my baby's birth month, we should celebrate, right?

We planned to buy a Braso de Mercedes in Red Ribbon earlier yesterday and just have it delivered here in our house para di na kami lumabas. But then when I called the Red Ribbon Delivery hotline, they told me that they can't do delivery in our place due to bad weather.

Then I watched the news, only to find out that Marikina River is on a critical level already!
Nagtaka pa talaga ako ha, eh magdamag ang ulan kaya malamang mataas na tubig doon.
That made me realized that the way going to Eastwood from our house is not passable anymore.

Red Ribbon Eastwood branch supposed to do the delivery cause its the nearest branch in our home that does delivery. So hindi na talaga sila pwedeng magdeliver cause they have to pass the floodway going to our house.
Another realization, siguro kaya di pa ako pinayagan ni God na magwork kasi He knew that this gonna happen. Ayaw lang niya siguro akong mastranded sa Eastwood(its where I'm supposed to work) kaya dinelay niya muna ang pag work ko. Okay. Thank You God!

Anyway, back to the story tayo. Siyempre, as a mother na hindi susuko para sa anak, may plan B ako. I tried searching Goldilocks, if they do delivery. Meron, they deliver. Pero when I try to call them using our telephone, wala na palang dial tone ang telephone namin. Nacut na ata ang line namin because of the weather.

Haaaays! So, plan C naman ako. My plan is to go to the Robinson's Supermarket near our place cause my baby daddy remembered that Simply Bread has a store there. So I got ready to go there. But when I went to our main road, its baha na pala already. Plus, there's no more tricycle going out of our subdivision anymore. Tsk, tsk.

So plan D tayo. I will feel really guilty kasi if we can't celebrate it. Ang sa akin naman kahit simple lang, basta malaman lang ng baby ko na sinelebrate namin ang birth month niya just like we used to do in her ate's first year noon. So eto na po ang plan D.

I just bought brownies in the bakery nearby our place. That's only for 20php. Tapos nilagayan ko lang ng candle. And PRESTO! Happy 8th month Allodia!

Supposed to be bibili pa ako ng stick-o and nips or cream stix pang lettering sana.

Hayaan mo anak. Babawi na lang kami sa birthday mo. We love you kahit ano pang mangyari. Tsaka di ba, ang importante eh yung magkakasama tayo,? Kasi pag magkakasama tayo, parang araw-araw PASKO! Mwah!

Rainy day things + fold a shirt in just 2 seconds!

Its been a long rainy day.

I'm a bit worried because the typhoon "Maring" is in the northern part of our country. I've just called my father in Ilocos to check what's happening in there. He told me that they were alerted by the provincial news that's its already signal no. 3 in our province (I don't know if this is true). My father said that it didn't stop raining since yesterday. Our house in Ilocos Sur was almost caught by the flood last night. Almost all the houses in our neighborhood had been affected by the flood already.

Meanwhile, my relatives are quite worried with us as well cause we're currently residing here in Pasig Area. They're really horrified to know that I agreed with Melvin to live here in Pasig though I know some horrifying stories of Ondoy. I don't have much choice at that moment that's why I just agreed with Melvin.
Anyway, I told them that there's no heavy rain in our area(except just now while typing away this post) to stop their worries. I also assure them that we have enough food and water that can last up to 2 days.

Anyway, I wanna share with you this great thing that can be really useful during these "bagyo" times. It should be in the top of your list of emergency kit.

Ta-da!
 A chargeable Flashlight .

I don't know where my MIL bought it. I'll gonna ask her next time we'll meet.

Anyway, I found this video in Facebook. I've already tried it! And I'm bursting to laughter and I don't know why.. Guess I'm just really amazed..

Here's the video..

Try it! It's really easy!

I'm Back from Ilocos!

Hi guys!
I've been away for quite sometime..

The kids and I had a very short vacation kasi in Ilocos last weekend.

Have I told you guys that I was born and grew up in Ilocos Sur??

Well, I'm telling it now. (haha)

Anyway, our vacation was still fun despite of the long hours of trip and the typhoon.

We toke advantage of the free ride of my uncle, Papa Zeus, last Saturday night. We left Pasig at 12 midnight.

We had a comfortable trip because we occupy the spacious back seat of Papa Zeus' car.
Our trip took like 7-8 hours cause we had to stop for like 30 mins. or an hour in Pangasinan cause Papa Zeus was a bit sleepy at that time and so he needed a power nap. Then, we arrived at Ilocos Sur  at Sunday morning safe and sound. Thanks for the ride and food Papa Zeus and Mama Jean!

Boundary arch of our town, Candon.

Day 1: Sunday
Well, our day 1 was full of kamustahan blues and chit chat with my relatives. It was my grandfather's day last Monday that's why almost all of my relatives came home to celebrate my grandfather's epic birthday!

That's Allodia with my Inang(grandmother ko po)!

Meganne with Ollio in a Hulicam! moment!

We're supposed to go swimming but since there's a typhoon, we opted to just stay home and  had a kwentuhan-to-da-max.

Day 2: Monday
It was Amang's 82nd Birthday! Everyone was busy in preparing for the party while the kids do their thing, and that is to play!

Meganne with her kuya Kraven

Kanya kanyang kalat, tsk!

My youngest sister Angela, my grandmother whom we're calling Inang and my baby Allodia.

Amang's Birthday cake

Happy Birthday Amang!

The birthday party went well despite of the heavy rain and strong wind. It's also a good thing that there's no flood or bad thing that happen in my Amang's birthday. Happy Bday Amang!

Day 3: Tuesday

It was a rainy day and so I wasn't able to go to city market to buy "pasalubong" for my Baby Daddy. It's a bit far from our place plus my dad has still got his hangover from their inuman last night, so I decided to just stay at home. Good thing that my Best Friend, Jem, came to visit me and the kids. We got our chit chat and girl bonding the whole afternoon. She'd been my best friend and most loyal friend ever since we're in grade school. I really miss her a lot and our childhood days. Till we meet again my dear friend!

At the evening, we left Candon at 10pm, and just the same, we had a long hours of trip going back here in Manila.

We arrived at Project 2, where my Melvin's family are residing, at 8am. My baby daddy stayed there when we went to Ilocos. He wasn't able to come with us cause he had to finish some things in their business.

Oh! Before I end this post lemme share this video of my ate Meganne and kuya Kraven dancing in an Ilokano song.. Enjoy!

Happy Breastfeeding Awareness Month Mommies!

It's August and its Breastfeeding Awareness Month mommies!

I used to nurse my Meganne for 2 years. I just stopped nursing her when I knew that I was pregnant with Allodia.

I've exclusively breastfed my little Allodia for 6 months, but now I have to get some help in formula milks because of my treatment. I'll make another post for my treatment story.

GASTOS IN FORMULA MILK:
Formula Milk-                          400- 1500php(900 grams)
Distilled water-                               60- 85php(6 liters)
Gas(in sterilizing the baby bottles)-       200php
Water in washing the baby bottle-         50php (?)
Dish washing liquid-                                5php
TOTAL:                                    715- 1840php

There's so much time that is being wasted.

Eh pero anong magagawa ko, I have no choice naman kasi I'm under medication that's why I have to wait for 12 hours for my baby can able to drink my milk safely.

Less hassle and worries. I just have to sit and let my baby drink until she goes back to sleep.

FOOD NI MOMMY- 2000php

Paano naging mas tipid ang 2000php (gastos in Breastmilk) sa 715- 1840php (gastos in Formula Milk)??

Anyways, I encourage you mommies and mommies-to-be to give the healthiest milk in the whole world to your little ones. Its cheaper and definitely healthier.

Breast milk is still the best for babies. So give your baby only the BEST. :)

Si Chinito, si Mayaman at the Voice!

Si Chinito!!!
Kilala mo ba si Chinito?? Kinikilig kasi ako sa kanya eh.. hihi

Hindi si Chito Miranda ha! I know na chinito siya pero hindi po talaga sa kanya. haha
Sa song ni Yeng Constantino. Chinito. Lakas makaLSS. Lakas din makakilig much. :) haha. ♪ ohh Chinito ♪...

The Voice. Hindi ako maka get over sa battle round nila Taw at Kimpoy! Ang ganda ng version nila ng "Without You" ni Usher. I feel a bit sorry about Taw but someone has to shine. Maybe its not yet her time. She really did a great job. I know makikita ko pa siyang kumanta on TV kasi may talent siya. She's at her best at the wrong time. Kaya to Taw, never stop singing sana. There are people like me that still wanna hear you singing and still believing in your Voice. Kaloka, I sounded like a coach judge na..haha! ♪ ohh chinito♪
